Returns and Exchanges

 

For full priced shoes purchased from plae.com.au please follow this link to access our returns portal and start your return. Noting Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange and will not be accepted by the portal.

For items purchased from one of our stockists please contact the store.

Please see below for conditions on returns and exchanges.

Full Priced Items

Incorrect sizes may be exchanged on one occasion within 30 days, free return shipping within Australia only, the incorrect size to be returned at the customer’s expense.

Change of mind may be exchanged or returned within 30 days with shipping at the customer’s expense. Items must be returned unworn and in original condition, with internal packing material around the shoes as supplied.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable, but we are happy to exchange, where available, within 7 days of purchase with shipping at the expense of the customer.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

Flash Sales / Coupons / Discount Codes

Purchases using a coupon or discount code are non-refundable. Sale items purchased during a flash sale or with coupon or discount code are final sale and no exchange is possible, please choose carefully.

Faulty Products

For items you believe to be faulty, please send images of the issue, your order number and contact details to info@plae.com.au

Claims for items purchased 12 months or more will be processed at Plae Australia’s discretion.

Plae Australia will cover shipping on faulty items.

Shoes purchased from one of our registered stockists will be considered with an official receipt or bank statement.

Please Note: Plae Australia reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges at our own discretion. In the instance where your item is not accepted it will be returned to you. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty. While Plae Australia offers a flexible returns policy, frequent returns are closely monitored. Excessive returns by a single customer will be flagged.
