  small (shoe size 6-7.5)
  medium (shoe size 8-12.5)
  large (shoe size 13-3),
  XL (shoe 3.5-4.5, high instep, or orthotics).
  
  
• If your child has a more full foot or a high instep, you may need to go up a tab size. If your child has a very narrow foot or low instep, you may want to go down a size.
